1. What products do you sell on Novabazar?
We sell trending and useful products across Home Essentials, Gadgets, Fitness & Health, Beauty & Personal Care, Kids items, and seasonal collections.
2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
4. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes. COD orders may need confirmation before dispatch.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can use it to check live delivery updates.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required for approval.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
